This was our first visit to Margaret River and while we were keen to sample some of the local wines, we also wanted to see a bit more of what this wonderful corner of Oz has to offer.
We were so pleased with this tour - it offered a great mix of wine tastings, other specialities (including chocolate and olive oil) as well as seeing emus, alpacas and some of the stunning coastline. Lunch was lovely and plenty of options. Also great to know that you’re supporting local producers, rather than just big corporations. Dani was a great guide - patient, knowledgeable and fun. Trudy made up an attractive itinerary, Clarisse was our tour guide.

The marine cruise was a great start to the day, and it was surreal seeing sea lions and dolphins up close. The winery visit was a nice touch, and the Margaret River Mouth was beautiful. Our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable, making the trip even better. His van was super luxurious, and he was more than happy to embrace our ambitious itinerary, with some great tips and extra sight-seeing along the way.
Highly recommend a driver/tour guide to anyone doing wine-tasting in this region, as there are so many wineries, and a lot of wine to taste at each one! You will quickly find yourself too tipsy to drive, and it's so much better to sit back, relax and enjoy the day with a fun and competent driver. The sights were the Busselton jetty, cheeky monkey winery & brewery, the mammoth caves, cape lueewin lighthouse and return.
